The Black Hills Runner's Club annual Halloween Sock Hop 5-kilometer run is set for Sunday.

Registration is from Noon to 12:50 p.m. in the south parking lot at Canyon Lake Park. A kids' race is at 12:45 p.m. with the 5K run underway at 1 p.m.

Entry fee is $10, $8 for runner's club members. Kids race entry is free.

Runners are encouraged to wear costumes. Prizes will be awarded in several costume in several categories, including Centipede, in which entrants run together and must be physically connected.
