Post 320 uses six pitchers to win two in Nebraska

RAPID CITY - Post 320 swept Gering in Nebraska's Twin Cities of Gering and Scottsbluff, NE. The Stars won the first game by a count of 11-1 and the second game by a score of 14-4.

The stars used six pitchers throughout the two games to prepare them for their upcoming trip to Sioux Falls. Jarrett Jensen picked up the pitching win in the first game and August Farrugia picked up the second game win.George Ceremuga led the stars' offensively going 8-9 throughout the two games with one double, two triples, a homerun, and three RBI's.

"It was something. We did well offensively and I saw some things from the pitchers that we've been trying to get them to do," Said Post 320 Head Coach Jim Brandt. "Just about the perfect day."

Post 320 will play North St. Paul at 2 p.m. Friday.
