RAPID CITY - The 23rd annual Kevin Whirlwind Horse Memorial Run will be April 19.

There are race divisions for all ages, so bring the whole family. Registration is at 10 a.m. at Salem Park in Spearfish.

The course is run using the Spearfish run-walk path through the city park, towards Spearfish Canyon and back to the starting point. A map of the route will be posted at Salem Park before the race.

The registration fee is $15, and participants will also receive a T-shirt. All proceeds go to Kevin Whirlwind Horse memorial scholarship fund.
